4 Skewers weighing apx 50 gms each. Comes with the teriyaki sauce.
Preparation Instructions:
For Oven:
1) Preheat oven to 200* celsius.
2) Place the skewers skin side up.
3) After 4 minutes, brush the skewers with the yakitori sauce.
4) Cook for 2 more minutes.
For BBQ or Pan:
1) Place the skewers skin side down.
2) Flip the skewers.
3) Brush with oil or butter.
4) Grill for 3 more minutes.
