4 lamb chops weighing apx 50 gms each.
Preparation Instructions:
For Oven:
1) Preheat oven to 180* celsius.
2) Sear the chops on a non stick pan for 3 minutes each side.
3) Place the chops in the oven for 5 minutes
4) Rest for 2 minutes and serve.
For BBQ or Pan:
1) Place the chops on the BBQ.
2) Brush chops with butter/oil.
3) Cook for 5 minutes each side.
4) Rest for 2 minutes and serve.
