1 chicken breast stuffed with spinach, kale and cheddar. Apx weight 180 gms.
1) Preheat oven to 200* celsius.
2) Make sure the chicken breast is at room temperature.
3) Place chicken on oven tray and cook for 8 minutes
4) Rest for 2 minutes, slice and serve.
1) Place the pan on medium heat.
2) Add 2 tsp of butter or oil.
3) Sear both sides of the chicken breast for 4-5 minutes each
4) Let is rest for 2 minutes and serve.
