Duck Burger Patties

2 ugly duck burger patties; 300 gms total. 

Preparation Instructions:

1. Thaw out the patty and bring it to room temperature
2. Handle the Patty with care. 
3. In a medium-hot non-stick pan/gas grill, cook the patty for 4-5 minutes on each side
4. The patty will shrink when fully ready
5. Enjoy your burger!
